Yaji is a warm, nutty, smoky peanut spice blend with a slow-building heat. Made in small batches in New York for Suya(grilled meats), grilled vegetables, roasted meats, and anything that could use a flavor turned up to 11. Yaji is amazing on meats, vegetables, and even seafood.
Mix it with oil for a marinade or & sprinkle it over a finished dish
