This multi-course dinner draws from West African and Caribbean traditions, reimagined through a shared diasporic lens. Expect 7-8 courses layered flavors, paired with boutique wines and cocktails. A thoughtful pace and space, with an atmosphere that feels both intimate and immersive.

Hosted at a private residence in St. Thomas.

A table meant to be shared

An evening built around the comfort that is Traditional Nigerian food

The table is set with 5-6 dishes spread across the table, meant to be passed to your neighbor, and guests help themselves to a generous dinner rooted in comfort and abundance with the evening closing together over dessert.

Expect thoughtfully paired wines throughout the evening. Guests who prefer not to drink will enjoy a curated alcohol-free pairing.

Expect a multi-course menu served family-style, moving through heat, sweetness, richness, and depth. Each course is thoughtfully paired with infused elements, crafted to complement, not overwhelm, allowing you to ease into the evening at your own pace.

An evening for those who like their nights intentional, their food unforgettable, and their experiences just a little elevated.
